Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Georginajulia. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
● Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them,
with all original tags and packaging intact.
● Non-returnable items: Sale items, shapewear/intimate garments, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
2. Return Process
2a. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email hello@georginajulia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2b. Approval: Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
2c. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2d. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
