U.S. orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all U.S. orders using trusted carriers including USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. International shipping will be introduced at a later date.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center and are packaged with care and attention to detail.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. Georginajulia is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages?
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For assistance, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles may be restocked, while others are produced in limited quantities and may not return. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page when available.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit or approved size exchanges.
Store credit never expires.
Are returns subject to a restocking fee?
Yes. All approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which is deducted from the issued store credit.
Which items are eligible for return?
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Returned with all original security tags attached
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue refunds. Approved returns are provided as store credit or size exchange only.
