If your item isn’t the correct fit or you simply prefer another option, we gladly accept returns for store credit or a size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Store credits issued never expire, allowing you full flexibility to shop at your convenience.

Eligibility Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of quality, all returned items must be:
• Unworn and in perfect condition
• Unwashed and free from stains, fragrances, makeup, deodorant, or damage
• Returned with all security tags and labels fully attached
• Sent back in original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Restock Fee
A $15 restock fee applies to all approved returns.
This fee is deducted from the store credit issued.

Final Sale Categories
Certain items are considered final sale due to the intimate nature of the product or the specialty craftsmanship involved. These items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.
Final sale includes:
• Shapeware
• Bridal macramé gowns / bridal designs
• Custom or specialty macramé pieces
These exclusions are noted directly on the product pages for clarity.
