We use premium couriers, offer real-time tracking, and if your order over $150 doesn't ship within 24 business hours, we’ll include a complimentary accessory in your next package. You are a Goddess; you shouldn't have to wait.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order at Georginajulia is prepared with exceptional care.
We ship both domestically and internationally using premium carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Standard Delivery
Estimated arrival: 5–8 business days after processing.

Express Delivery
Estimated arrival: 2–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holiday volume, or weather conditions.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Estimated delivery:
    •    DHL Express: 3–7 business days
    •    UPS Worldwide: 4–8 business days
    •    Standard International: 7–15 business days

Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be required depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

GeorginaJulia is not responsible for:
    •    Packages marked delivered but not received
    •    Lost or stolen packages
    •    Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
    •    Carrier delays

We will assist by providing tracking details and carrier contact information.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses may only be updated before the order ships.
Once a tracking number has been issued, we cannot modify the destination.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
